OneSource is part of the Subshore Group. We are experiencing growth and increasing demand for our services. One of our clients is in need of supervisors for an offshore project, and in connection with this, we are looking for two Drilling & Well Supervisors:

Description

Job Level: Sr Professional

Place of work: Drilling Rig, 2/4 Offshore Rotation (D/N)

Duration: 01.05.2026 - 01.09.2027

Main Tasks

• Plan, manage and coordinate drilling and completion operations in accordance with company procedures, NORSOK/OLF requirements and best industry practices.

• Ensure all operations are executed safely and efficiently, maintaining a strong HSEQ focus.

• Supervise rig and service personnel, providing adequate oversight during all critical operations.

• Report operational progress, issues and deviations to the Drilling Superintendent, and participate in daily rig and coordination meetings.

• Manage reporting, planning and documentation related to drilling activities, including daily reports and lessons learned.

• Coordinate material, equipment and personnel logistics to avoid delays and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Relevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education

• Sound technical understanding of D&W planning and operations

• 10+ years experience

• Valid IWCF level 4 Combined Surface and Subsea Supervisor certificate" to both Qualification sections
