We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join DOF!

DOF is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex offshore and subsea EPCI projects. The Project Manager is accountable for the overall delivery of projects, ensuring safe execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, and achievement of contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, stakeholder management capabilities, and extensive experience delivering large-scale energy, offshore, or subsea projects in a multinational environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.

• Typically 8+ years of project management experience within the offshore energy, subsea, marine, oil & gas, renewables, or related industries.

• Demonstrated success delivering EPCI, SURF, offshore installation, or subsea construction projects.

• Strong understanding of contractual frameworks, commercial management, and project controls.

• Experience managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.

• Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams

• A sound understanding and working knowledge of statutory requirements, HSE regulations and Standards related to the Offshore Engineering industry.
