Bar Manager Wanted – Ready to Take Charge Behind the Bar?

We are looking for an experienced and driven Bar Manager who can own the floor, lead the team, and keep standards as high as the pressure on a busy Friday night. This role is for someone who knows the business, thrives on responsibility, and is passionate about creating great experiences for both guests and staff.

Du har:

• Minimum 5 års bar- eller ledererfaring fra samme bransje -- ingen snarveier her.

• Kontroll på alt fra bestillinger og bemanning til budsjetter og barteknikker.

• Evne til å bygge kultur, motivere folk og holde hodet kaldt når alle andre svetter.

• Et øye for kvalitet, detaljer og driften som får hjulene til å gå smooth.

You have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in bar operations or a leadership role within the same industry -- no shortcuts here.

• Full control of daily operations, including staffing, ordering, budgeting, and bar techniques.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team while staying calm under pressure.

• A sharp eye for quality, detail, and efficient operations.

Since 2006, Café Sånn has been a natural meeting place for people who appreciate things done properly. We are a café and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a strong focus on quality coffee, freshly baked pastries, and homemade food prepared from scratch.

As day turns into evening, the atmosphere shifts. Café Sånn transforms into a social bar and beer bar, offering a wide selection of unique beers from around the world, carefully selected wines, and a cocktail bar featuring signature cocktails that deliver. One weekend a month we host live music, and on the first Friday of every month we throw the city's best Latin Party --- high energy, dancing, and cocktails with real punch.
