Warranty Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for customers, shipyards and equipment suppliers
• Handle warranty cases reported by customers
• Coordination of personnel and organization of replacement parts in connection with warranty cases.
• Ensure invoicing of costs and parts that are justified according to contract.
• Report deviations and improvements back to the organization
  

Qualifications

• Relevant technical expertise from the maritime industry
• Background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering is an advantage 
• Good computer skills
• Good Norwegian and English skills, both oral and written
• Formal competence can be compensated by relevant experience
