  • Be accountable for assigned IS/IT solutions end-to-end (delivery, operations/support, continuous improvement, and lifecycle management of relevant applications/services).
  • Ensure smooth integration of smart manufacturing systems and robust cybersecurity, security, and compliance for solutions in scope (in collaboration with IT/engineering and relevant IS teams).
  • Manage the IS/IT budget in scope (spend, forecasting, cost allocation) and ensure cost-effective delivery and value-added investments.
  • Work with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders to manage end-to-end business processes and improve ways of working .
  • Collaborate closely with country/division/global IS organizations and the country/global IS/IT leaders to align demand, priorities, performance reporting, and communications to end users.
  • Qualifications for the role
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IS/IT leadership in relevant context
  • Experience in manufacturing process management and digital transformation
  • Good knowledge of MES/ERP and factory IT/OT environments
