Job DescriptionJoin our growing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team within the TOMRA CFO area. As Business Partner for Compliance in our Food Division, you will be right at the heart of the business, working closely with both the division and the GRC team to support TOMRA Food’s continued growth. You’ll play an important role in shaping how we approach compliance and help to set direction and ambition through responsible and forward‑looking business practices. The role is based at TOMRA’s headquarters in Asker and reports to the Head of GRC, with a dotted line to the Food Finance Director.
What you will be doing-
Lead and further develop the global compliance program for the Food Division, including policies, procedures and ways of working

Act as a trusted advisor to management on compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal standards

Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions, supporting assessments related to new market entries, partnerships, and M&A activities

Collaborate closely with Trade Compliance and other stakeholders on reporting, improvement initiatives and day‑to‑day compliance support
In addition, you will support due diligence processes, respond to and follow up on alleged violations and whistleblowing cases, and provide hands‑on guidance to the business as needed. The role also includes international engagement such as supplier audits, as well as participation in reviews, audits and ad‑hoc projects where compliance expertise is needed.
Who you areWe belive you have 2-5 years of experience within the compliance field, finance, audit, controlling or risk management, preferably from an industrial or international environment. Furthermore we might believe you have:

BSc or MSc in Audit, Finance, Business, Law or Engineering, but lets not limmit or self, but challenge us if you feel your background is relevant

Strong skills in Excel and Power BI

Interested in tools, automation and data-driven ways of working

Fluent in English, written and spoken
At the same time we do belive you have an analytical and curious mindset, paired with a strong drive to support business growth. You are proactive and engaging, with a natural ability to build strong relationships. You also strongly identify with TOMRA’s mission and values.
