Product Solutions Engineer Job Description

NordicNeuroLab (NNL) is searching for an ambitious and self-motivated person, who does not mind extensive

travelling to provide on-site installations of NNL hardware and software products throughout the Nordics. The

chosen candidate will travel to numerous hospitals and medical facilities to install NNL products and provide direct

support to our users, either onsite or remotely. This role offers great opportunities to gain hands-on experience

in a growing, dynamic company. The position is located at NNL’s HQ office in Bergen, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installations, primarily in the Nordics

• Provide onsite problem identification/repairs and user training

• Provide technical support to users, complaint handling, shipping

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and testing electronics compliant with medical industry standards

• Responsible for aiding in improving internal processes for the Product Solutions Team

• Responsible for activities to aid in both regional and global sales budget and targets

• Report in function, to VP Product Solutions

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or similar

• Knowledge of data networking infrastructure is an advantage

• Must be able to travel extensively -- expect up to 100 days of travel every year (may vary)

• The role requires the applicant to reside within the Bergen region

• Strong interpersonal skills -- User and service oriented

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Excellent organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Norwegian are required.
