About the role

We are looking for a Deputy Offshore Hook-Up Manager to support and oversee offshore hook-up operations. This role needs strong coordination skills, technical expertise, and leadership in managing offshore hook-up activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate mapping and identification of internal and external capabilities for executing offshore hook-up contracts.
• Contribute to the development of business strategy for offshore hook-up activities.
• Coordinate the development and revision of offshore hook-up execution models, PEM, methodologies, procedures, and routines.
• Support the development and mentoring of key personnel within offshore hook-up.
• Participate in investment planning and proposals for offshore hook-up equipment and tools.
• Act as Offshore Hook-Up Manager during the offshore execution phase.
• Ensure HSSE responsibilities are fulfilled as a Line Manager.
• Interface with commissioning, drilling, subsea, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore hook-up operations and management.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of offshore execution models, methodologies, and procedures.
• Ability to work across disciplines and manage interfaces effectively.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian (both written and spoken).
• HSSE awareness and experience in line management roles.
