At Mediq Norge AS, we help organizations create safer, healthier workplaces. We are now looking for a Field Sales to join our Public and Private Sales team in Norway, to primarily take ownership of our Corporate and First Aid business during a 12‑month maternity cover.

This is a customer-facing role combining consultative sales, regulatory expertise, and business development. You will play a key role in our Sales team, offering medical consumables and First Aid products to the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?

• Manage and grow sales within Mediq's Corporate and First Aid customer area

• Advise customers on regulatory and compliance requirements related to our product assortment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and industrial customers

• Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing customers

• Lead tender processes, negotiations, and contract closures

• Take responsibility for budget, pricing, and margins within your business

• Contribute to product assortment development within Mediq's Corporate and First Aid business

Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?

• Background from healthcare, or related field, with 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience

• Proven ability to grow customer portfolios, with a strong commercial mindset (pricing & margins)

• Experience from supplier, purchasing, or wholesale is a plus

• Proactive, confident, and results‑driven, with strong negotiation skills

• Thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment

• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Valid driver's license class B
