Form Entreprenør AS was recognized as a Gaselle company in 2024. We are now seeking a working foreman with experience in concrete work. We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented leader who speaks Polish and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate 8–10 concrete workers on construction sites.

• Ensure efficient progress and high-quality work.

• Collaborate closely with project management, the site team, as well as suppliers, partners, and clients.

• Actively participate in concrete work execution.

• Ensure HSE compliance, documentation, safety, and good routines.

Qualifications:

• Must speak Polish in addition to English or Norwegian.

• Experience as a foreman or lead concrete worker.

• Trade certificate in concrete work is preferred, or relevant experience.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.

• Ability to read technical drawings, reinforcement drawings, and plan work accordingly.

• Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible.

• Driver’s license class B, preferably BE.

• Experience with forklifts, telescopic handlers, and lifts is an advantage.
