Sous Chef, Real Mat Catering

RealMat AS is looking for a skilled Sous Chef in a full-time position for our main catering kitchen in Oslo.

You:

• Are a certified chef (with trade certificate)
• Have leadership experience
• Can work in a busy environment with skilled professionals
• Care about the quality of ingredients and take pride in preparing them well
• Care about customer satisfaction
• Are flexible and can work both in the kitchen and on-site with our customers

• Are fluent in spoken English and in both spoken and written Norwegian

• Hold a valid driver’s license

• Personnel responsibility for kitchen staff
• Leading the production of catering
• Participating in deliveries of high-end catering
• Participating in deliveries of general catering
• Ordering supplies
• Developing menus together with our Head Chef
• Reporting weekly to the General Manager
