Required Qualifications-
Minimum bachelor's degree in hotel management (BHM) or equivalent hospitality qualification is mandatory

Minimum 4--5 years of experience in restaurant with South Asian cuisine special from Nepalese Cuisine.

Proven leadership experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality businesses

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards

Experience with staff management, scheduling, and team development
-
Good financial understanding including budgeting and cost control
-
Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are an advantage)

Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.

Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Ensure compliance with Norwegian food safety, hygiene, and HMS regulations

Improve operational procedures and service routines

Recruit, train, supervise, and prepare staff schedules and manage workforce planning

Build a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Lead by example during busy service periods

Monitor sales performance and operational costs
-
Manage budgeting, inventory control, and supplier coordination
-
Ensure labor costs and food costs are within targets
-
Prepare operational reports and support business growth initiatives
-
Work actively to improve profitability and efficiency

Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Maintain strong relationships with guests and repeat customers
