We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience working as a chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment

• Has experience with buffet service and larger groups

• Is structured and able to plan production efficiently

• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Is flexible regarding working hours

• Has a positive attitude and takes pride in delivering good food

• Understands the importance of quality, efficiency, and cost control

• Speaks English or a Scandinavian language

Arbeidsoppgaver

Main Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of breakfast and dinner buffets

• Preparing meals for groups, conferences, and private events

• Preparation and presentation of high-quality food

• Planning and preparing food according to bookings and group schedules

• Ensuring efficient kitchen operations during service

• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

• Following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures

• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and well maintained

• Contributing to menu development and efficient use of ingredients

• Working closely with the restaurant, reception, and management teams
