To our very exciting client within the healthcare industry we are now looking for an interim project manager for their innovation team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate early‑phase innovation projects, including ideation, concept creation and feasibility studies.
- Define project objectives, scope and deliverables together with sponsors, stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure clear, structured and proactive communication across cross‑functional teams such as industrial design, usability engineering, testing, IP and product management.
- Plan, track and report on project progress, budget, risks, deviations and milestones to stakeholders and line management.
- Execute projects in alignment with the company’s internal innovation processes and applicable guidelines.
- Contribute to improving methods, tools and best practices that support innovation work.
- Build a strong understanding of user behaviors, patient perspectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams both locally and globally.

Required Competencies
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, medtech, pharma or other regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams in complex development environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, delegate and ensure progress.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Skilled at negotiating and reaching alignment on strategies, roadmaps and key project decisions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Swedish is a plus.
- Technical or engineering background (preferred).

Additional information
Assignment start: 2026-03-16
Duration: Q2 2027
Location: 100% on-site at the client's office in Stockholm. Candidates who can't fulfill this requirement will not be considered for the position.
Workload: 60-80%, but for the right candidate 100% can be possible.
