Professional Galaxy is looking for a  Services Owner on behalf of our client.

• The Service Contracts Manager is responsible for developing, promoting, rolling out, supporting, and following up on the Service Contracts portfolio particularly in the 5 BUC clusters: APAC, MEAC, Europe, West and LATAM.

• The service contracts manager interacts with Service Offer Managers, Service Markets Managers at each cluster as well as the Maintainability and Reliability Feature Leaders at Global Technology.

• Services Owner work focuses on managing the services lifecycle and development, governing and monitoring the services competitiveness and revenue, including : Identifying market opportunities and associated new services strategies

• Developing new services value propositions and targeted feature sets

• Developing commercial/pricing strategies

• Interpreting regulatory requirements On Expert level the employee is a recognized expert in Services Management, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience (position typically requires 10 years or more relevant experience).

• Typically responsible for establishing operational plans for job area.

• Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results. Requires communication with leadership
