Purpose

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead TCO’s growth across South America. You will build new customer relationships, expand market share, and execute strategic and tactical sales plans across all product lines, partnering closely with the VP Global Sales and the wider management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional business development with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and market share growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce TCO technologies through direct and indirect channels
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships and executive-level customer relationships
  • Drive regional product strategy, new technology adoption, and profitable growth
  • Own KPIs: target setting, performance tracking, and market/competitor reporting
  • Support regional sales planning, customer insight, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver technical presentations; manage tenders and quotations through to award
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and regional industry networks
  • Qualifications & Competence Requirements
  • MSc or BSc and 5+ years relevant experience in completions (technical or commercial). Strong relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
  • Proven customer management skills and executive‑level relationship building.
  • Thorough understandingof TCO product lines and/or service systems.
  • Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Track record of pushing complex sales processes forward and meeting ambitious goals in environments requiring creativity and latitude.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal). Norwegian is a plus for HQ collaboration.
