Kundeservice i Vita Brands Norway jobber med våre forhandlere og våre egne kanaler, og er en av Fiskars viktigste bidragsytere relatert til kundetilfredshet og konkurransekraft i markedet. Kundeservice er Vita Brands sitt ansikt utad og skal med sin positive og løsningsorienterte innstilling skape gode relasjoner til kundene. Internt er kundeservice et bindeledd mellom de ulike avdelingene hos Vita Brands, og samarbeider aktivt med alle parter. Vi har nå en ledig stilling i vårt team. Arbeidsoppgaver :

• Registrering og endring av ulike typer kundeordre

• Følge opp, koordinere og sikre kampanjer i samarbeid med vår salgsavdeling

• Svare på spørsmål fra kunder og kollegaer relatert til produkter, produktkvalitet, tilgjengelighet og leveringer

• Følge opp og spore ordrer for å sikre leveringer til kunder

• Håndtere alle typer reklamasjoner fra våre forhandlere på en profesjonell måte

• Vedlikehold av Fiskars ERP-system: vedlikehold av ordrestock, endring av ordredatoer ved behov, sletting av gamle ordrer mm.

• Administrasjon og vedlikehold av Fiskars Trade Portal (bestillingsportal for våre forhandlere)

• Bidra til videreutvikling av kundeservice sine interne arbeidsprosesser og rutiner, samt samarbeid med salg

Andre oppgaver som tilfaller kundeservice er bl.a. å støtte salgsavdelingen ved ulike arrangementer og messer, bidra aktivt til generell utvikling av kundeservice, samt til godt samarbeid mellom de ulike avdelinger i Vita Brands Norway og internt i kundeservice.

Vi søker deg som:

• Har arbeidserfaring fra kundeservice, fortrinnsvis innen varehandel

• Er utpreget serviceinnstilt. Du brenner for god service mot kunder og ønsker bidra til å bygge en god kultur sammen med resten av teamet

• Har gode evner til å lære seg produkter og systemer raskt, og ønsker å utnytte systemer til mest mulig effektiv drift

• Jobber selvstendig, er nøyaktig, og har "øye for detaljer"

• Har gode samarbeidsevner

• Er proaktiv og streber etter å kontinuerlig forbedre og effektivisere service mot kunder og interne arbeidsprosesser

• Snakker og skriver flytende norsk, og har gode kommunikasjonsevner

• Har gode engelskkunnskaper - både skriftlig og muntlig

• Erfaring med bruk av SAP vil være en fordel men ikke et krav
