This role is responsible for leading and managing Helly Hansen’s global marketing content production across the marketing department, ensuring timely delivery for both Sportswear and Workwear.
Key responsibilities:Project Management
- Analyse, brainstorm, recommend and develop solutions to build content to respond to global marketing and digital needs, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand
- Work with Director of Digital Brand Experience to further drive creative excellence in the delivery of our content and storytelling through all stages of the journey-- with special focus on quality, relevance, look, feel and format based on placements
- Own and manage project structures, timelines, productions, and delivery from start to finish including all stakeholder’s milestones, input and final sign-off.
- Manage brand activations (Open Mountain Month, International Ski Patrol Day, The Ocean Race) from ideation to execution --
- inclusive of objective setting, planning, content planning, development, delivery and review with brand, PR, digital, social and paid social, ecom, instore and the regional teams
- Working with external partners to align objectives and storytelling to drive collaboration, alignment and impact
- Curate and deliver executional toolbox inclusive of creative guidelines, physical activation assets and partnership communications
- Manage the post mortem process with the global and regional teams and implement learnings and create efficiency into future seasons
Asset production
- Develop production solutions and execute to provide the finished projects inclusive of studio and location productions
- Create comprehensive briefs executing on needs from different stakeholders/departments
- Coordinate and create efficient production processes with external partners i.e agencies, production companies, photographers and videographers
- Organize and handle all samples, products and props related to all owned productions
- Lead in both Sport and Workwear photoshoots with added need for digital and other type of content
- Manage the upload of all owned production assets to the Media bank with support from the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Production Specialist
Budget
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication or related field
- Preferred 5-7+ years of related experience
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Able to run multiple tasks with a tight & clear overview
- High ability to work independently
- Interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Quick learner, organized, detail orientated, problem solver and performance orientated
- Interest and skills in photography and videography (handling image formats and programs)
- Highly familiar with Microsoft office package: Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Language skills -- Fluent in English (verbal and written skills)
- Interested in the HH world of skiing, sailing, outdoors, or workwear
- Ability to thrive in a lean, high growth environment
