We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and a strategic mindset to bring our brand to life across various channels. In this role, you will create high-quality, on‑brand visual communication across all marketing channels, supporting campaigns, content initiatives, and brand development. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and play a key role in ensuring a consistent and impactful visual expression throughout the customer journey. This role is a 10-month maternity leave cover, and a inhouse position based in our Head office in Fornebu.

In this role you will be responsible for:- Creating high-quality graphic design and visual assets for digital and print marketing channels
- Developing channel- and audience-adapted material across the customer journey using a 360° design approach
- Producing, adapting, and versioning assets according to channel, market, and technical requirements
- Managing design projects independently from brief to final delivery with clear stakeholder communication
- Translating marketing and business strategies into effective, goal-driven visual communication
- Acting as a design advisor and ensuring effective use of visual assets across the organisation
- Safeguarding a consistent and on-brand visual expression across all touchpoints
- Working proficiency in both English and Norwegian
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience producing high-quality marketing material for digital and print
- Experience working with larger or international brands and following brand guidelines
- Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong skills in graphic composition, digital layout, and motion graphics
- A good understanding of how design supports marketing strategy and business goals
- A creative, proactive mindset with strong time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
