An internship built like an academy

No coffee runs. No PowerPoint decks that go nowhere. From week one you're on live briefs for paying international clients, with senior designers mentoring you at every milestone. Think of it as an 8-month intensive academy --- the briefs are real, the clients are paying, and the quality has to hold.

You'll learn:

• How studio-grade work gets delivered at scale to demanding international brands

• The workflows and standards that separate good from world-class

• How to use AI as a creative multiplier, not a shortcut

• How to think like a designer who delivers on outcomes, not just aesthetics

Who we're looking for

• A trained eye for typography, composition, colour and brand feel

• Strong in Figma and the Adobe suite. After Effects, 3D or motion is a plus

• You've already used AI design tools --- MidJourney, Higgsfield, Sora, Weavy, Artlist or similar. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to have a feel for it and an instinct for where it's going. The candidates who thrive here already think this way.

• A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you've made

• Formal design education is a plus, not a requirement. We hire for taste and drive.

The practicals

• Duration: 8 months, full-time

• Pay: yes, this is a paid internship

• Location: on-site, Oslo

• Start date: flexible, agreed individually
