Senior Delivery Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust solutions for advanced navigation and positioning systems.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise with project responsibility, working hands on with integrated systems in demanding maritime environments while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients. You will be part of the Seatex division, where we develop world-leading systems for resilient navigation and situational awareness based on technologies such as GNSS, inertial systems, radar, and laser.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver projects globally, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Design and engineer integrated hardware systems based on customer requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for sensor systems
• Prepare production orders and support manufacturing processes
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and customers to ensure successful deliveries

Education and experience

• Relevant bachelors degree in areas such as automation, electronics, instrumentation, or telecommunications.
• Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
• Experience with project delivery
• Experience with system design and documentation using tools such as AutoCAD or similar
• Practical experience with installation, configuration, and testing
• Experience from maritime or vessel installations is an advantage
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian. Norwegian is the everyday language, while our global customer base requires daily communication in English
