Are you a structured and proactive operations professional who thrives in high‑availability technical environments? Bulk Infrastructure is looking for an Operations Supervisor for our N01 site to help secure world‑class operational performance and support the digital society of tomorrow.

At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high‑performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we design and operate infrastructure that powers the digital economy – efficiently, securely, and with 100% renewable energy.

This role is central to securing stable day‑to‑day operations at N01. As Operations Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the on‑site operational team, ensuring that critical infrastructure systems are operated within defined parameters, maintenance activities are executed smoothly, and incidents are handled effectively.

What you’ll do:

As our Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise daily operations of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical and cooling systems.

  • Ensure the site is operated within defined performance standards and operational parameters.

  • Lead, coordinate and support operations engineers and technicians, including task allocation and competence follow‑up.

  • Act as operational lead during alarms or incidents, coordinating troubleshooting, escalation and communication.

  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out according to schedule, and support contractors on site.

  • Oversee external contractors to ensure compliance with site procedures, permits, and HSE requirements.

  • Promote a strong HSE and compliance culture across all operational activities, including participation in inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

  • Maintain accurate operational logs, reports and documentation.

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency, reliability and overall operational excellence.

  • Who are you?

You are motivated by operational excellence, safety and teamwork. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment where critical infrastructure uptime is key, and you enjoy guiding others toward high-performance execution. You bring a structured mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Your technical insight and operational awareness help you guide others in their work and contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment.

    What you bring:
    • Technical education in electrical, mechanical or similar engineering discipline.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, facilities management or critical infrastructure environments.

    • Hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in industrial or mission‑critical settings.

    • Experience supporting, guiding, or leading others through formal leadership roles or informal responsibility within a team

    • A solid understanding of operational processes, safety culture and critical infrastructure environments.

    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

It is beneficial if you also have:

    • Experience from environments with high uptime requirements, such as data centres, industrial facilities, or similar

    • Familiarity with monitoring tools or systems (e.g. BMS) used in technical operations

    What we offer our Bulkies:

    • A dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with a strong sustainability focus

    • Comprehensive insurance (health, travel – business & private) and annual health check

    • Additional time off during Easter and Christmas

    • Monthly contribution to home internet costs and sustainable commuting

    • Annual wellness allowance to support an active lifestyle

    • Fully paid parental leave
