Bakery Pizza Baker

We are looking for Pizza bakers for our bakery this summer.

The Bakery is situated right by the pier in an old historical building with very special atmosphere. We focus on homemade pizza with local produce and offer veterinarian, lactose and gluten free options.

The position involves the following:

• Preparing dough

• Mise en place and workstation prep

• checking supplies, stocking fridge/ freezer

• cleaning kitchen, workstation and storage.

• Assist in the bakery section in production.

Requirements

· A good command of English.

o Not mandatory: The ability to use a Scandinavian language is a large plus (but we also need; Spanish, French and German)

· Good teamwork and communication skills

· Prior experience in a relevant field

· Permission to work within EU

Work period- Early May/ June to Late September/ October

Starting date will be discussed individually, based on department needs and your availability.
