Adecco is seeking experienced concrete workers, shuttering carpenters, and steel fixers to join construction and industrial projects based in Trondheim.
Adecco has over 50 years of experience in staffing and holds one of the strongest positions in the Norwegian labour market, working closely with some of the most recognized and established construction companies in the country. Assignments follow the National Collective Agreement and the collective agreement for the construction industry, ensuring predictable and regulated working conditions. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on long-term and rotating projects, with stable working conditions and regular follow-up from an HR consultant. This role is suitable for professionals who want varied work tasks and the possibility of flexible arrangements that support frequent travel.

Responsibilities
 

  • Concrete work, formwork, and rebar installation
  • Assemble and dismantle shuttering systems
  • Read technical drawings and work independently
  • Maintain safety, tools, and work quality



Requirements
 

  • Trade certificate or 2–3 years’ experience
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • English or Norwegian communication skills is desirable
  • Class B license and Scandinavian experience (advantage)
