To meet the ongoing and future offshore wind portfolio needs, we are looking for a Planning Specialist to enable predictable and profitable project delivery mostly for international markets.
This position will hold the role of Planning Manager in our projects. In this role, you will lead and develop the project planning team to support the successful delivery of offshore wind projects. You will translate schedule strategies into executable plans in close collaboration with all schedule owners, ensuring alignment with contractual and administrative requirements. The position involves managing interfaces across partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties, and proactively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance to a wide range of stakeholders. You will communicate trends, critical path insights, and the implications of scope changes, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed decision-making. While formally reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely across the project organization to ensure predictable and profitable delivery.
Functionally, the position reports to the VP of Operations and Project Management in the Offshore Wind Business Unit.
Qualifications-
Master’s degree in business administration or technical discipline or equivalent experience

10+ years experience in leading planning teams in international projects or can demonstrate readiness for this role

10+ years of proven experience with strategic planning, providing planning insights for decision-making, and simplifying schedules for internal and external stakeholders

Offshore or construction experience is a plus

Product planning and scheduling experience for system solutions is a plus
