Oche Oslo is looking for a Sales & Events Manager to drive corporate and group bookings and help create great event experiences in our venue.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, selling experiences, and seeing their work come to life in a busy, social environment.

ABOUT OCHE

Oche is a social gaming venue where high tech darts, food, drinks and atmosphere come together. Since opening our first venue in Oslo in 2018, we've grown internationally, with venues across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America.

At Oche Oslo, we host everything from after-work socials and team-building events to large corporate bookings. Our focus is on creating experiences people enjoy and want to repeat.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales & Events Manager, you'll be responsible for attracting corporate and group bookings and ensuring events are planned and delivered to a high standard.

The role combines proactive sales, event planning, and hands-on coordination with the venue team. You'll work closely with operations, reservations and marketing to ensure what's sold can be delivered and delivered well.

This is a role with real ownership and visible impact on how busy and successful the venue is.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Sales & business development
  • Proactively identify and convert corporate and group booking opportunities

  • Follow up enquiries and manage leads through to confirmed bookings

  • Build strong relationships with new and returning clients

  • Work towards agreed sales and revenue targets

  • Use CRM systems to manage pipelines and track performance

Event planning & delivery
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver corporate events and group bookings

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before and during events

  • Ask the right operational questions when scoping events, ensuring smooth delivery

  • Balance guest expectations with venue capacity and operational realities

Working with the venue
  • Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager, reservations and operations teams

  • Support the reservations function during peak periods

  • Contribute to local marketing and social media activity in line with brand guidelines


Working hours & flexibility
  • The role is predominantly office-based during daytime hours, typically between 09:00 and 15:00, to support collaboration with corporate customers

  • Flexibility is required, including some evening and weekend work, to support and deliver events

  • Working patterns are planned in advance where possible and balanced over time


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, events, hospitality or a similar commercial role

  • Comfortable with both proactive outbound sales and managing inbound enquiries

  • Strong understanding of how hospitality or event-led venues operate, including how to scope events and ask the right questions

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

  • Organised, commercially minded and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

  • Enjoys working in a guest-facing, fast-paced environment

Hospitality or event experience is an advantage, but mindset and understanding matter just as much.
