We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is motivated to make an impact on a growing international company. The Group HR Advisor will play a key role in standardizing and improving HR processes, implementing HR systems, and ensuring effective HR operations across the organization. The Group HR Advisor position will be based at one of our offices in Norway.

Reach Subsea’s journey started in 2008, delivering subsea services from Haugesund. Since then, we have expanded through acquisitions and international growth, and today we are a global provider of full ocean services and high-quality data solutions - supporting the energy transition through innovative and sustainable operations.

In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of our new HR system and take responsibility for HR master data quality and operational routines. Working closely with Payroll, Crewing, IT and HSEQ, you will ensure that HR procedures are implemented consistently and in compliance with local regulations.

The role further includes participation in dialogue and negotiations with union representatives, requiring solid knowledge of AML and Norwegian labour relations, for both onshore and offshore employees.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support and advise managers on day-to-day HR matters.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee-related matters, including employment contracts, changes, and resignations.
  • Provide support on legal, contractual, and collective bargaining matters and regulations.
  • Maintain and manage the personnel archive.
  • Act as a support function in matters related to pension and insurance.
  • Provide HR support in processes related to reorganizations and layoffs.
  • Follow HR policies and contribute to the development of efficient HR workflows and procedures.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

BSC or higher graduation within HR and/or Economics or equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience.

SKILLS:

Proven HR experience, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Service-minded, with strong oral and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

Solid knowledge of the Norwegian Working Environment Act (AML) and the role of unions in Norwegian labour relations. Knowledge of employment terms, relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and HR best practices.
