We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the operation, development, and security of our ICT and OT systems, both onshore and offshore.

For the right candidate, this role offers progression to ITC Director.

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

Oversee operations of the ICT department and set goals and objectives based on the corporate strategic plan.
Prepare the ICT annual operating budget and establish the framework for achieving it.
Manage ICT budgets, licences, and procurement.
Lead and manage operational and administrative ICT & OT activities onshore and offshore.
Oversee program, application, and infrastructure development.
Provide technical user support, system monitoring, and maintenance.
Manage ICT security.
Ensure ISM/ISO 27001 compliance.
Evaluate and implement new systems and technologies.
Manage procurement of ICT equipment and vendor frame agreements.
Support project and procurement teams with technical specifications.
Liaise with clients, authorities, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Basic Safety Training -- NOG
Offshore Medical Certificate
Offshore experience, preferably with DP-positioned vessels.
Experience with rig projects, commissioning, and safety systems.
Strong English skills, written and spoken.
Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to think strategically and with a broad perspective.
