Professional Galaxy söker en CMF Designer på uppdrag av vår klient.

• Develop and design surface materials (color, trims, textiles, gloss, and grains) for visible surfaces and parts through sketches or 3D images (e.g., exterior and interior form).

• Secure sustainable and environmental material choices. Lead the development and construction of 3D digital and physical models regarding surface material. Color, material, and finishes. Execute directives given regarding brand design strategy.

• Develop design solutions fulfilling the design intent, and communicate through sketches, renderings, illustrations, or CAD models. Secure the design quality for all visual surfaces/parts from suppliers, on- and off- board the vehicle, independent on development methodology/technologies are used.

• Deliver the brand promise and deliver on the brand design strategy.

• Understand the long-term ambitions of the brand and take part in setting design strategies to reach them.

• On Specialist level the employee is a specialist in CMF Design typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 8 years or more relevant experience).

• Leading on complex group tasks/projects and actively developing team members

• Role model of cutting edge thinking and an established contributor to lifelong learning within the TD/BA as a master trainer, coach and/or mentor

• Solid Tshaped profile with definable expert knowledge within broadbased allround toolkit

• Demonstrable influencer within the Group network

• Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value to the respective TD/BA beyond their part of the organization.
