Arbeidsoppgaver

Leads HR Services operations in Norway HR front office delivering high-quality services against agreed performance targets. Role includes responsibility for people management as well as is ac-countable for delivering high quality services against agreed performance targets.

Core responsibilities:

  • Drives employee lifecycle hire to retiree and end-to-end payroll processes (SAP, Workday).
  • Delivers services according to signed-off processes, KPIs and quality targets.
  • Ensures sox checks, 4-eye controls, GDPR regulations.
  • Focused on high degree customer experience as well drives implementation of continuous improvement.
  • M&A projects -- lead role from local HR and Payroll side and collaboration with global HR project management.
  • Daily collaboration with hub HR team in Tallin.
  • Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, Country HR Manager, HR Business Partners (HRBP).

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Requirements for the role:

  • HR Experience & Project Background 5--8 years of experience within the HR function, with sol-id knowledge of payroll, employee lifecycle, employee data, and HR processes. Proven project experience, preferably in large transformation programs. Comfortable working independently and navigating complex environments.
  • Technical Skills & Systems Knowledge; Knowledge of Workday and/or SAP HR is a must. Bachelor's degree in related fields such as IT, Data / Business Administration / CIPD / Human Re-sources, or any related field including Information Technology and Data Business Analytics.
  • Communication & Collaboration Ability to present information simply and clearly and communicate effectively. Collaborative and team-work centric, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional engagement.
  • Education & Domain Relevance Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Data / Business Administration / CIPD / Human Resources, or related disciplines like Information Technology and Data Business Analytics.
