The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Norway is expanding its newly established Programme Development Unit (PDU) and is currently recruiting for two positions:

National Programme Development Officer (NO-A)

Programme Development Associate (G5)
These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to IOM's work in migration, humanitarian action, and international development while engaging with a broad range of national and international stakeholders.

National Programme Development Officer -- NOAUnder the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direct supervision of the Partnerships Officer, and in close coordination with Programme Units, the Sub-Regional Office in Brussels, Regional Office Vienna and Headquarters, the National Programme Development Officer will support programme development, partnership engagement and external relations activities in IOM Norway.
As part of the newly established Programme Development Unit (PDU), the incumbent will contribute to the implementation of IOM Norway’s partnership, programme development and external engagement strategy through supporting the identification of opportunities for collaboration, development of projects and programmes, monitoring and compiling information on migration-related policy developments, supporting stakeholder engagement activities, and contributing to the Mission’s external positioning, including through preparation of background analysis and briefing materials for senior management.

2. The Programme Development Associate -- G5Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direct supervision of the Partnerships Officer, the Programme Development Associate will provide specialized support to the Programme Development Unit (PDU) in the areas of research, policy and stakeholder monitoring, AI-enabled information gathering, communications, visibility, media monitoring, knowledge management, and coordination of partnership and programme development activities.
The incumbent will assist with the preparation of research summaries, briefing materials, stakeholder profiles, funding landscape overviews, communications products and coordination tools to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic engagement.
