We are looking for a skilled and passionate colleagues who wants to be part of our Everest Sushi family and help build a strong kitchen team even further.

Sushi Chef (two positions)

As a Sushi Chef at Everest Sushi Trondheim, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional quality and maintaining the high standards that Everest Sushi is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and producing sushi according to Everest Sushi standards

• Handling and preparing fresh ingredients with care and precision

• Ensuring excellent presentation and product quality

• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

• Keeping workstations clean, organized, and efficient

• Contributing to smooth kitchen operations

• Working closely with colleagues to create great guest experiences

• Supporting a positive and professional team environment

  Qualifications

• Has experience working as a Sushi Chef

• Has strong knowledge of sushi preparation and food handling

• Takes pride in quality and attention to detail

• Works efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Is reliable, responsible, and punctual

• Has a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Wants to continue developing professionally

Experience from busy restaurant environments is considered an advantage.

Servitør

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servitør to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests by ensuring a welcoming dining experience, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.

• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high-quality customer service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.

• Process cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Prepare, clean, and reset tables before and after service.

• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and preparing the dining area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other service items.
