Shape the future of energy through technical sales

As a Sales Engineer at Hitachi Energy you will be a key resource in sales of transformers to customers several segments such as industry, data center, oil and gas, grid operators and power producers.

• Work with global sales teams to deliver tailored transformer solutions.
• Prepare and present tenders in response to RFPs/RFQs.
• Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitors.
• Represent Hitachi at industry events and build client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative team player with proven problem-solving skills and customer focus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
