Account Management/Key Accounts - Senior Professional

What will you do: Strategic Account Ownership

• Own and lead a portfolio of strategic AI and data center accounts, including hyperscalers, colocation providers, and AI infrastructure players
• Develop and execute account strategies and business plans aligned with customer growth roadmaps
• Act as single point of accountability for commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and long‑term partnership

• Drive growth across UPS, cooling, power distribution, software, and services
• Expand Schneider Electric’s footprint from initial deployments to full‑site and multi‑site engagements
• Identify and convert AI‑driven capacity expansion, retrofits, and modernization opportunities

• Build strong relationships with C‑level, technical, and operational decision‑makers
• Engage early in customer planning cycles (AI capacity planning, sustainability targets, resilience strategies)
• Position Schneider Electric as a strategic advisor, not just a supplier

• Lead cross‑functional teams including solution architects, tender teams, service, and global account resources
• Coordinate with global Cloud & Service Provider teams and ecosystem partners (OEMs, IT vendors, integrators)
• Ensure alignment between local execution and global customer strategies

• Lead large, complex, and often multi‑year projects and tenders
• Drive structured opportunity qualification, governance, and bid strategies
• Balance speed, risk, margin, and customer expectations in high‑pressure environments
