Norwegian speaking Finance Manager at Position Green

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to be responsible for operating our finance setup in Norway.

Areas of responsibility

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for the Norwegian legal entities in the Position Green Group, compliant with Group policies
• Manage all accounting operations locally in collaboration with Management, the external accountant, and the rest of the Finance & Legal team
• Act as key point of contact for the external auditor in Norway
• Continue the ongoing work on integrating two recently acquired companies into the Norwegian operations
• Develop and maintain analyses to drive optimal business decisions - including cost controlling
• Contribute to developing a state-of-the-art accounting function within the Group that fully leverages efficiency and effectiveness gains made possible with AI and other innovations
• Participate in Group budgeting / forecasting activities
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations, as needed, for Group and local management, in collaboration with the rest of the Finance team

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in accounting / auditing or finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience from reporting in a Norwegian context
• Experience from ERP systems (Tripletex, 24SevenOffice (Finago) or equivalent)
• Experience from Software-as-a-service (SaaS) and/or consulting is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in excel / powerpoint
• Keen interest in innovative approaches to making finance process more AI-driven, efficient, and effective
• Excellent verbal and written communicator in English and preferably also Norwegian
