About Sensio

Sensio is a Nordic leader in the health care technology sector and solves todays’ and tomorrows’ elderly care challenges for the benefit of residents, patients, healthcare personnel, and society. We create sensors, systems, and platforms that radically improve the quality and efficiency of health care – leading the sector to embrace technology and provide #MoreTimeForCare.

Sensio is on a journey from being the leading tech company in Scandinavia in the elderly care space to becoming a trusted transformation partner across Europe. In 2024, we were acquired by Nordic Capital, one of Europe’s top private equity companies. Sensio has one of the leading in-house product development organizations in Norway with about 80 product people - in total we are a team of 230 colleagues across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, and Germany.

  • A pragmatic, sociable senior technologist. We are seeking a technical, collaborative, and culturally attuned individual to join a high-ownership team.
  • Strong experience in architecture, ideally within distributed or monolithic-to-service migration contexts.
  • Solid background in .NET, C#, Azure, and a good understanding of system resilience, uptime SLAs/SLIs/SLOs.
  • You are open to exploring how emerging technologies can enhance system reliability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Experience & background

Why join Sensio?

  • Be part of a scale-up with societal impact: we help caregivers spend more time with people, less time with systems. Collaborate with an experienced, passionate team, plus product and design partners.
