One of our products is Sensio Insight, a decision support platform that gives healthcare professionals immediate, data-driven insights. By collecting and analysing information from sensors and systems, Insight helps staff plan, prioritise and act more effectively in a busy care environment.

Integrated with our widely used RoomMate sensor and as part of the Sensio 365 platform, Insight is designed to be secure and user-friendly. It ensures that the right information is always available so healthcare professionals can spend more time on care and less on searching for answers.

We are now looking for an experienced Software Developer to strengthen the Sensio Insight team. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the architecture and development of a brand-new product, while also shaping how the team works and grows.

The position is based at Sensio’s central Oslo headquarters.

• Build scalable backend services in C# / .NET Core

• Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on quality and test coverage

• Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to evaluate ideas

• Support cross-team collaboration with other Sensio products and integrations

• Contribute to the architecture and design of a new platform 

You will report to our Development Lead, Arni, but you will also have the freedom to work independently and take responsibility for your own contributions.

• Solid experience with C# / .NET Core and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles and Data Structures

• Experience building scalable distributed systems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• At least five years of relevant experience (but skills and mindset matter most)

• It is a bonus if you are familiar with algorithms and Domain-Driven Design
