At Clarion Hotel The Edge, we’re redefining premium hospitality with urban sophistication, high standards, and an atmosphere that’s both vibrant and welcoming. We’re looking for a Chef who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As a part of our Kitchen Team you help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our culinary staff, you'll be preparing delicious, high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and ensuring food is presented at its best.

• Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
• Daily mise en place for breakfast.
• Keep good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

This is a permanent / temporary position for 20% with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts, including weekends.

Is this you?

• Experienced from culinary education, formal training or kitchen experience
• Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and service
• Good communicator with attention to detail
• Comfortable multi-tasking and making decisions independently

• Extensive hotel, kitchen or restaurant experience.
• Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
