At Remora Robotics, we build autonomous underwater robots operating at commercial scale in one of the world’s most demanding industries -- aquaculture.

Our robots continuously clean and inspect fish farm nets, combining robotics, autonomy, AI, computer vision, and real-world operations into one integrated platform.

We develop both the hardware and software powering our systems.

From embedded software and cloud infrastructure to AI-driven inspection and real-time operations, we are building the next generation of autonomous subsea robotics.

We are now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join the team helping to scale our platform, improve operational efficiency, and build robust software systems tightly integrated with autonomous robots in the field.

What you’ll do

• Work across the full software stack, from cloud infrastructure and databases to APIs and frontend applications

• Develop backend services and real-time systems connected to autonomous robots operating offshore

• Design and build scalable microservices and data pipelines

• Collaborate closely with robotics, AI, and operations teams

• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction

• Build tools and systems for monitoring, diagnostics, autonomy, and operational insight

• Work with large amounts of operational and sensor data from real-world robotic systems
