  • Contribute to group-wide administrative responsibilities, supporting efficient operations and operational excellence

  • Act as Head of Administration for the Trondheim office, ensuring the office is run and maintained effectively

  • Provide a professional, welcoming, and attractive office environment for visitors and Volue employees

What you need to succeed:
  • A degree in administration or a related field is desirable

  • Relevant documented experience and proven organisational management skills may compensate for formal education

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Understanding of financial and economic principles, with the ability to interpret basic financial information

  • Excellent attention to detail, both in office management and in planning the CFO’s workday

  • Strong strategic planning and coordination abilities

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Customer-oriented with a commercial mindset

Personal skills:
  • Dynamic, hardworking, and able to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision

  • Enjoys solving complex calendar scheduling challenges and handling a wide range of administrative tasks

  • High level of discretion and integrity

  • Proactive, self-driven, and reliable

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure

  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment

  • Professional communicator and confident stakeholder manager

Reasons to join the Volue team and what we offer:
  • Work with great colleagues in one of Europe’s leading green tech companies within an innovative and international environment.

  • Flexible working arrangements and a competitive compensation package.

  • A supportive, inclusive culture where your voice is heard and your contributions matter.
