Our client is currently looking for Norwegian-speaking Assistance Coordinators to join their international alarm centre in Torrevieja.

About the role

As an Assistance Coordinator, you will support Nordic travellers across the globe when they experience illness, accidents, or other incidents during their travels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
• Providing information about insurance coverage
• Creating and managing cases
• Coordinating medical assistance and clinic visits
• Booking flights and accommodation when needed
• Collaborating with international partners

You will often be the first point of contact in stressful situations – making empathy, structure, and communication key to success.

The alarm centre operates 24/7, and the role involves shift work.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian and English
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Works in a structured and responsible way
• Is service-minded and solution-oriented
• Has good IT skills

Relevant experience may include:

• Travel assistance / alarm centre
• Healthcare
• Insurance
• Customer service / call centre
• Other customer-facing roles
