Seasonal Ship’s Agent -- Stavanger

This is a seasonal position for the summer period.

Key responsibilities

• Coordination between vessels/rigs, clients, shipowners, port authorities, and other stakeholders.

• Attend port calls when required.

• Handle and verify documentation and reporting from vessels/rigs.

• Manage customs clearance procedures.

• Process incoming invoices from relevant parties and issue invoices to clients.

• Maintain close communication with suppliers, captains, shipping companies, and port authorities.

Qualifications

• Relevant education within shipping/logistics and/or relevant experience.

• Final-year students graduating this spring are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• Proficient in relevant IT systems and tools
