NCL is looking for an experienced and skillful Logistics Coordinator to join our Inhouse Logistics team in Stavanger.

You will be part of an agile team that identifies and creates competitive and quality shipping and logistics solutions for our customer. Our focus is to source and execute shipping and logistics solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• inhouse logistics

• Coordinate raw material requirement needs with procurement and inventory

• Insert, book and follow orders from start to finish

• Planning and forecasting capacity with customer and internal operations

• Provide accurate, timely information and resolve issues efficiently

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes

• Develop strong supplier relationships

• Collaborate closely with the sales teams to identify opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple supplier relationships, and prioritize tasks effectively

• Fluent in both English and Norwegian (required for effective communication with both local and international customers and team).
