Required Qualifications

• Experience with car cleaning / car care work

• Experience in a leading or coordinating role (formal or informal)

• Valid driver's license (Class B)

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

• Basic technical understanding (equipment handling and simple repairs)

• Good communication skills in English or Norwegian

  
  

  Legal Requirements

• You must have a valid residence and work permit in Norway

• You must be eligible to work in a government-approved car care business (HMS requirements apply)

About the Role

LemonWax is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to take responsibility for our B2B car care operations.

This is not a desk job. You will work alongside the team while also being responsible for making sure the operation runs efficiently every day.

You will both:

• Perform car cleaning on B2B assignments

• Lead, structure, and coordinate the team in daily operations

This role requires someone who takes ownership, handles pressure, and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform car washing and car care services on B2B assignments

• Act as the operational leader on-site

• Plan and adjust shift schedules together with the General Manager

• Coordinate staffing, workload, and daily logistics

• Ensure quality, efficiency, and execution across all assignments

• Maintain full control of:

  • Customer locations and access procedures

  • Contact persons

  • Operational routines

• Ensure correct documentation of all completed work

• Take responsibility for HSE (HMS) in daily operations

• Handle unexpected situations and last-minute changes

• Perform basic maintenance and simple repairs of equipment
