We are a fast-growing insurtech company building insurance products for digital marketplaces. Today, we sell more than 40,000 insurance policies every month, with a presence in Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. We are now expanding beyond the Nordics and accelerating our launch across marketplaces in the rest of Europe.

We are looking for an engaged claims handler / customer service specialist who wants to play an active role in this expansion and help ensure exceptional customer experiences for our customers.

You will have a central role in launching our insurance products, with primary responsibility for claims handling on European marketplaces. You will also have the opportunity to influence how our products evolve and improve --- both in terms of customer communication and internal technical solutions.

About the role

You will have a central role in our international expansion, with responsibility for customer service and claims handling in Spain.

As a Customer Service Specialist with us, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through written communication channels

  • Guide customers with questions related to insurance policies and claims

  • Support customers throughout the entire process --- from claim submission to repair

  • Work closely with our existing customer service and claims handling team

  • Contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences in a rapidly growing company

We are looking for someone who has:
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Fluent in spoken and written Spanish

  • Strong communication skills in English and/or a Scandinavian language

  • The ability to work in a structured and independent manner

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively

It is a plus if you have:
  • Experience within insurance, claims handling, or financial services

  • Experience using digital customer service systems

  • Experience from a customer service center or customer support role
