Solution Specialist LMS (Learning Management System) will have a key role in TOMRA Learn and the development and utilization of the TOMRA LMS (Litmos) such as maintenance measures, developing and implementing new functionalities in the system.
The role includes being a facilitator of the LMS team consisting of L&D/LMS resources from each division, which collaborate in developing the LMS operational rules and guidelines, as well as executing upon those when operating the LMS for their respective divisions.
An internal and external facing contact point in TOMRA for LMS.
Key Tasks-
Supporting departments across the organization including service teams in usage of the LMS system

Be one of the internal contact points for e-learning initiatives in TOMRA, coordinating LMS activities in close collaboration with Health & Safety, HR/ IT managers , and other key stakeholders

Help managing the system helpdesk, resolving day-to-day issues, running «best-practice» sessions and ad hoc training

Plan and perform testing and analysis before updates and changes to the system

Communication with the external vendor Litmos and maintaining the internal LMS communication site (SharePoint)

LMS configuration, implementation, documentation and reporting

Ensure that TOMRA compliance & security is adhered to

Assist in Data Quality Management incl. data quality checking

Relevant education, minimum bachelor level
-
3-5 years relevant experience with cloud-based systems at the level of System Administrator

Basic system configuration skills

LMS experience will be advantagous

Experience working internationally with stakeholders across cultural regions

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Structured, analytical and ability to find technical solutions to business and application related challenges, including change requests (e.g. requirements analysis, solution design)
