Senior Engineer - Electrical

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will take responsibility for electrical design and technical follow‑up across key project phases. In this role, you will be involved in developing electrical solutions, preparing engineering deliverables, performing calculations, following up equipment packages and collaborating closely with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.

About the position

In this role, you will contribute to electrical design and ensure technical quality in both study and execution phases. You will prepare technical requisitions, perform FEBDOK calculations, follow up vendor documentation and ensure that all necessary information is available for project progress. The work includes designing solutions in accordance with customer requirements, participating in FAT and other test activities, and working closely with disciplines, suppliers and customers to secure effective project execution.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational school, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in electrical engineering

• Trade certificate is an advantage

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience with electrical design, FEBDOK or vendor follow‑up is an advantage

• Good communication skills in English, written and oral (Norwegian is an advantage)
