As a Senior Engineer -- Instrumentation, you will contribute to the design, development and follow‑up of instrumentation systems across complex study and execution projects. In this role, you will be involved in technical development, supplier coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration from early concept to final delivery.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for system design, technical follow‑up, preparation of requisitions, and coordination of instrumentation packages. You will ensure that required supplier information is identified, delivered and aligned with project progress, while contributing to high‑quality design solutions that meet customer requirements. The position involves close collaboration with other disciplines, clients and suppliers, participation in technical reviews and test activities, and continuous contribution to safe and efficient work processes.

Qualifications
  • Technical college, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant engineering discipline

  • Trade certificate is an advantage

  • Minimum 5--10 years of relevant experience within instrumentation

  • Experience with supplier follow‑up and technical documentation review

  • Good command of English, both oral and written

  • Norwegian language skills are an advantage
