Laerdal Medical is an international market leader in training and therapy products for emergency medicine and critical care. Our products and services are used by hospitals, ambulance services, first aid organizations, educational institutions and others around the world. We are a dynamic and energetic organization consisting of people from a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds. By 2030, we have a goal of helping save 1.000.000 more lives. Every year.

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer, you will help build digital platforms that enable organizations to efficiently manage, monitor, and optimize fleets of lifesaving training stations deployed across multiple locations ---supporting healthcare readiness for critical situations.

You’ll join the Fleet Management team and collaborate closely with colleagues across product, design, and engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions with real-world impact.

We value shared ownership, continuous learning, and thoughtful technical decision-making---and we’re looking for someone who enjoys contributing across the full stack while helping the team move forward together. What you’ll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack solutions, from frontend user experiences to backend services and APIs

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape solutions from discovery to delivery

  • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making, balancing scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed

  • Build and integrate cloud based services (Azure preferred), with strong attention to security and data privacy

  • Champion good engineering practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD

  • Continuously improve product quality, performance, and developer experience

What you bring:
  • Solid experience as a senior fullstack developer, delivering production systems endtoend

  • Strong skills in C#/.NET and modern backend development

  • Proficiency in modern frontend technologies, especially React

  • Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working with databases and distributed systems

  • Proficient working in cloud environments and agile, crossfunctional teams

  • Clear communication skills, collaborative mindset, and motivation to deliver real customer value

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. We value diverse perspectives and believe great teams are built through complementary strengths.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools

  • Experience with automated testing and performance optimization

  • Exposure to identity and access management (CIAM) or search technologies

  • Experience with mobile development (e.g. React Native or similar frameworks)

About the team:

You’ll join a growing team where collaboration, ownership, and learning go hand in hand. Working closely with product and engineering colleagues, you’ll help evolve both the platform and the team’s ways of working. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact as the team continues to grow.

What we offer:
  • Interesting and meaningful work contributing to our mission

  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth

  • A great, diverse, inclusive, and international work environment

  • Innovative and forward-thinking technology

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package

  • Flexible work arrangements, an extensive wellbeing program with social, cultural and sports activities and benefits such as discounted public transport, wardrobe with towel service, company cabins, and more.

Location: Stavanger, Norway
