Malangen Resort is seeking a reliable and service-minded Night Receptionist for a full-time position.

As Night Receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel's front desk operations during nighttime hours. You ensure a safe, calm, and professional environment for our guests while handling essential administrative and operational tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage late check-ins and early check-outs

· Handle guest inquiries and provide assistance throughout the night

· Ensure the safety and security of the property

· Perform night audit tasks, reporting, and system updates

· Prepare the reception and public areas for the morning shift

· Coordinate with relevant departments when needed

We are looking for you who are:

· Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently

· Professional and service-oriented mindset

· Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail

· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

· Experience from hospitality, reception, or customer service is an advantage but not a require
